Hiking at Alpine Lake with Adam Paul.

10:39am: Approaching Inspiration Point above Alpine Lake, 3/4 of a mile into our recovery hike the day after our Highland Peak adventure.

10:44am: The view of Alpine Lake below, which we passed by on the way up.

10:58am: A yellow swamp to the northeast of Inspiration Point.

11:01am: "Inspirational" rock gardens, this one of a heart.
