Tori up on Coyote Ridge in Fort Collins, CO.

Tori was out in the Fort again (hooray!), this time to close on her new home. (As an aside — yes, I am absolutely ecstatic that one of my best friends in the whole wide world will be moving here, at least eventually! Who’s next?) To cap our last day out in the Fort before more travels, we did a hike in Coyote Ridge — which incidentally is part of the open space that Tori’s sweet new house backs up to.

I will probably be writing up a story about this for my bi-monthly column in Fort Collins Now, but here are some photos.

In the meantime, I’m off to the province of Québec to study French along with some other things. When I’m not studying I’ll likely be working, but will be sure to write a few posts up in the America’s great neighbor to the north. À bientôt!

Yellow flowers... sorry, I do not know the name.

A praire dog looks on as we head towards the ridge. Can you see him?

Coyote Ridge is popular with mountain bikers.

Tori finds a caterpillar.

Here he is!

Due to the large number of photos, only the first 6 are shown. View photo album or slideshow.
