Dry reading, but very authoritative and I enjoyed Greg LeMond’s anecdotes from his Tour de France years. I first purchased this book in 1993 and used the formulas to decide on the appropriate-sized bike for myself (resulting in the purchase of Canny.) I can attest 15 years later that those original calculations were pretty darn good.

I also enjoyed this book enough that I reread it in 1998.
