Halloween in Fort Collins

The Halloween spirit was alive and well in Fort Collins. Candle-lit carved pumpkins adorned the porches of numerous homes, witches and superheroes convened in bars and coffee shops days before October 31st, costume parties were held on every street, and even a “Howl-O-Ween” 4k run was held in City Park. I got to go to one of the costume parties and ran over to the Howl-O-Ween run to watch and cheer. Unfortunately, I got home too late on Halloween to greet any of the trick-or-treaters that came on by.

On Sunday was a Howl-o-Ween run. It was just 2.4 miles so I only came to cheer. Besides I will race next week.
