| My favorite Oklahoman was in Palm Springs for an internship and afterwards came to hang out with me for a whole week. Here she is with the healthiest 81-year-old I know, my dear friend Frank. | We also stopped by to say hello to my folks at their new home. As you can see, Venus still has her beautiful smile after all of these years. |

| Back in my neighborhood, we spotted things like this sign of a real estate agent with an 'unfortunate' name... At least it didn't stop her from selling this townhome in less than 2 weeks for ~$500,000! | During our nice & relaxing week we went to other local places like Fremont's Central Park, where we saw some ducks being chased by... dogs.
