My Presentation of the 2015 Trans Am Bike Race, in Spanish and English
Last night I gave a one-hour presentation to my Fort Collins Spanish group about the Trans Am Bike Race entirely in español. This was long overdue considering that many of mis amigos had followed me during all three weeks of last year’s race, and yet I never gave them the full scoop of how it went and what transpired during the event. But I suppose that I eventually did the presentation on the one-year anniversary of the start of the race, right to the day.
Below is the presentation, although you might want to open it in its own window (or click on the full-screen icon) for larger viewing space. I made it with Microsoft Sway—which responsively adapts to whatever device you are viewing the presentation on—and although I only included 27 seconds of my actual narration from last night, I retroactively added captions in Spanish and English. Quicker to go through that way anyhow. I doubt more than a couple people would be interested in watching a whole one-hour presentation, including questions and answers, online nowadays!
Speaking of questions and answers, on Wednesday, June 8 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, I am hosting a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) session about TABR, so be sure to tune in to that if you are interested!
